Order Placement Policies & Shipping Info

1. No maximum on product purchases.

2. No maximum on live orders.

3. We will ship as soon as we have the material available and in the order received (normally within 2 days). You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. 

4. Shipping Insurance is an option and is listed as a Product, but it is highly recommended on all case purchases due to the box weight. We do not replace product that is lost or damaged in shipping unless insured!!

5. We ship via the USPS flat rate program. The shipping confirmation will come directly from the USPS (sometimes your spam filter will catch this so please check). Packages go out listed as priority 2 day or priority 3 day but this does not mean a guaranteed arrival in that time frame. In our experience on some occasions it can take up to 10 days. If you have not received your product within 10 days of the shipping notice please contact us to assist in tracking down the package. USPS tracking is not optimal but for the cost of the flat rate program it is the best overall value for our customers.

Special Announcement:

BBI Premier Coated Bullets utilize J&M Specialty Products P/L HI-TEK Lube as our primary coating instead of the sealed moly base coating that we have used since our company was previously founded and purchased by my wife and I in 2012. We believe this will bring a new level of performance to our products combined with our superior service level.

All products are currently manufactured in this new coating.
